Anxiety and Panic Attacks Becoming More Prevalent

According to the Health Service Executive of Ireland anxiety affects approximately 1 in 20 adults. Slightly more women are affected than men, and the disorder is most common in people in their 20s.  Anxiety and Panic Attacks

In his article Dr. Mercola states that according to research1 published in 2015, anxiety (characterized by constant and overwhelming worry and fear) is becoming increasingly prevalent in the U.S., now eclipsing all forms of cancer by 800 percent.

There is one very important treatment that Dr. Mercola did not mention; i.e., herbal medicine. At Roscore Clinic we have developed a formula that has proved very successful as a core response to treating anxiety.

There are 2 parts to the anxiety syndrome

  1. an identifiable trigger
  2. and the fear of the anxiety itself.

I consider, based on our extensive experience of dealing with anxiety and treating it , that in most cases , 50% of the cause of an anxiety episode is due to the fear of the anxiety. If this is treated, it makes a huge impact on lowering the severity of the anxiety. Perception is actually a bigger problem for people than reality. It causes far more mental health issues  and is a very important aspect of anxiety disorder.

We have found the anxiety treatment formula , based on a combination of about 20 safe common herbs, and some of these are grown in our own Herb Garden,  that are essential to treating anxiety. We combine this with other therapies where appropriate.

I would not agree with initiating treatment of anxiety without appropriate professional advice to initially guide the patient. Professional advice initially will guide the patient to the most suitable treatment/s . Inappropriate and Anxiety and Panic Attacksdelayed treatment can harm .
I’d like to take this opportunity to praise Dr. Mercola for his courage and the great articles he writes. May he live to be a hundred.
