Blog Elderflower Cordial

Here at Roscore Clinic we have our very own recipe for Elderflower Cordial using all our own Elderflower from our herb garden.

Ingredients for Elderflower Cordial

I lemon

25g citric acid

1 kg sugar

10 elderflower heads

750ml water

Put the sugar in a large bowl, pour in the boiling water and stir until dissolved.

Grate the lemon rind and slice the fruit

Add the lemon rind, lemon, citric acid and flower heads to the water mix.

Cover and stand for 24 hours stirring occasionally then strain and store in screw cap bottles.
